We are now looking for you, our new Guest Excellence Manager. You will be an important part of creating world-class guest experiences, and thanks to your eye for detail, we will succeed in meeting guests' expectations. For what do guests want to experience at Steam Hotel? That will be up to YOU to help decide. You will also play a significant role in our work to transition from service to Hospitality in 2026.

If we fail to deliver, you will be there quickly, taking care of the guest and ensuring that no one leaves the house without a smile and a longing to return. In summary, you will be responsible for developing the guest experience both before, during, and after the visit. The position is operations-oriented, and administrative tasks may occur.

Working hours 100% with scheduled time both day, evening, weekend, and holidays.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who, with drive and passion, keeps our service alive and in constant development. It should come naturally for you to live our values, passionate, professional, playful, and personal, whether in contact with guests or colleagues. To step into the role with the right prerequisites, you need to have a background in service, preferably within hotel & restaurant.

As a person, you are bursting with energy, and you have a good ability to quickly shift focus when the situation demands it. You need to be a top-notch team player where all departments in the house become important sparring partners to reach our common goal - to create regular guests. The position requires good self-leadership, initiative, and that you actively contribute new ideas and materials. Perhaps you have previously worked as a leader? If you are familiar with or even have experience with VisBook and Review Pro, it is a plus.

About the position Employment form: 100% permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date according to arrangement.
